LAURA SÁNCHEZ

I’ve been in Fitness competitions for 7 years now but the first one was 6 months after I did my first CF Class. I was a gymnast for 6 years but retired because of a really bad Injury in my knees. After that my parents got me into CF. 

The achievements I am most proud of definitely is qualifying for the Games in 2020 as Individual and the most recent one  is qualifying with my team in the 2022 Games.

What I really love about this sport is the community. It’s insane to see how many people support each other and how you can inspire them to be better every day.

My favorite Lycan gear are the elastic wrist wraps, they help me a lot during my training and also are so comfy.
